Before I ever listed a home, I sat at hundreds of closing tables. For 10 years as a Title Representative, I witnessed thousands of real estate transactions — the deals that came together and the ones that didn't — and I learned exactly what matters most in this business. That foundation shaped the agent I became.
I've held my real estate license since 2005, which means I bring over 30 years of combined real estate experience to every client relationship. Over the last five years, I've narrowed my focus to a specialty I'm truly passionate about: active adult and 55+ communities. I've invested the time to deeply research communities across the region, and I understand what makes each one distinct — the amenities, the lifestyle, the HOA structure, and the resale dynamics. This isn't just a niche for me; it's a calling.
