Behind each real estate transaction, there is an entire team of people walking clients through it and ensuring the process is smooth from beginning to end.
At RE/MAX Advantage Realty, we subscribe to the philosophy of a Modern Agent. The Modern Agent focuses their time and attention on income producing activities. One of the key elements in becoming a Modern Agent is leveraging the talent of the Agent Services Division which provides Transaction Coordination and marketing services. The RE/MAX Advantage Realty Agent Services Division provides Transaction Coordination and Marketing Agreement Services.
TRANSACTION COORDINATION
The transaction coordinator often manages the administrative work of the real estate transaction. This can include preparing Listing or Contract agreements, gathering, or obtaining information from clients, communicating with other real estate agents and more. They often coordinate with other members of the transaction such as the inspector, lender, or title companies to assist in scheduling and follow up.
The transaction coordinator is there to help follow up on many details and makes sure everything is communicated efficiently. This valued member of the team can be a driving force behind getting your real estate transaction to closing on time. On average, the Transaction Coordinator will save the agent anywhere from 8-12 hours of handling administrative tasks per transaction. For our agents, this time savings improves quality of life and/or used to generate more business.

• Various Full Listing Agreement Services e.g., Pre-Listing Services
• Numerous Sales Contract Services e.g., Contract Compliance Assistance
• Combined Contract to Close Services which offers a discount combining the listing agreement and sales contract services.
• Ad hoc Expanded Menu of Services e.g., Attend a home inspection or attend a closing
• Marketing Services e.g., creating and ordering brochures or Just Listed Cards.
