Joe Wathen has helped hundreds of people move in the last 20 years. He has served Howard County, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, Montgomery County, Frederick County, Anne Arundel County and Prince Georges County in Maryland.

He has earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTORS Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations of which less than 2% of all agents nationwide have earned, and the ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative) and has been a member of the By Referral Only Real Estate Institute which is designed to help agents increase their quality of service.

Prior to Real Estate, Joe Wathen worked for companies in the Fortune 500 group such as Lanier and Dictaphone, where he was trained in marketing and sales. These skills have come to serve Joe and his clients with great quality and efficiency. Joe's hobbies include golf, skiing, mountainbiking, and Chinese Martial Arts.

Joe is a member of Residential Sales Council, has served on several boards for the Howard County Jaycees, and has served on several boards raising money for the Childrens' Miracle Network. Joe is also a 3rd Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus.
